Looks like Golden Boy's trying to close the year out with a bang!

We're looking at:

Khan/Alexander: A year late, but I'm not complaining, because we got Alexander/Porter last year....which wasn't a bad scrap at all.

Marez/Ramirez: Could be a war.  Two Mexican fighters usually bring out great intensity!

Charlo /Bottani: (Updated-Original opponent Andrade dropped out, unhappy with his purse:) http://espn.go.com/b...-jermell-charlo

(Credit-ESPN)

Thurman/Bundu: Never saw Bundu, but I'm sure it'll be a good scrap anyway. I guess Keiff is shaking out the cobwebs of the shoulder injury. By the way, did he have to get surgery for that? I can't remember.

At the end of the day, this isn't a bad card to close the year out. Looks like Peterson/Garcia isn't gonna happen, and a Thurman/Porter KO Kings 3 card was derailed by the Porter loss and a Thurman shoulder injury. I can deal with this card. Thoughts? Predictions?

I like this card and the Khan-Alexander fight is decent, but winner doesn't deserve Mayweather at this point. I would prefer Brook, Garcia or Cotto. Now if Khan went and beat Alexander and then beat Brook a Mayweather-Khan fight makes sense to me.Especially if they did it in England.

khan-alexander

been waiting on this one for awhile. i was excited to finally get this one i know alot of people give khan a bad rap for all the wrong reasons but the boy can fight! never boring! and will lay it on the line when things gets gritty plus always calling for the best competition. the fighter we always ask for right? enter Alexander and the styles should make for some great highlights by the time the fights over.

khan ud

..................................

andrade-charlo

imo......charlo gets ate up with speed trying to come in. makes it a valent effort to hustle n grind but only to be outclassed by a more gifted fighter. this fight is too early for either brother.

andrade ud or late ko

...........................................

thurman-bundu

with 11 kos i doubt keef will respect his power but bundu might be a better boxer than expected but i still see a one time showstopper in his future

Thurman tko

thurman gets him one time, and its done time. keiff by ko thsson .

andrade whoops up on charlo. thank god i actually  get to see two young athletic dudes in their prime go at it for a title. i see adrade dropping charlo and basically beating the shit out of him. see if any of that lara sparring helps this boy out but i doubt it.

khan by decision. i think his jab and right hand will win him the fight. alexander had issues dealing with speed when he fought porter, and i think khan can hit him with the same kinda speed.
