For real, lol. Cotto is horrible at picking opponents, and this past Saturday was no different. I, for one, thought Ali had nothing to offer, but Cotto proved us wrong and made Ali seem formidable.

Can't trust Ali from this point forward. He simply takes too long to get off, and when he does, he doesn't sustain the pace. He really reminds me of Chad Dawson. I don't see him hanging with the Charlos and Hurds of the world. He may want to move back down to 147.

Easy 117-111 win for Ali.  Those 115-113 scores for Ali were too close.  I would accept 116-112 for Ali though.

8-4 wasn't really a bad card. I also can't really argue with 115-113, simply because Ali had so many moments of "nothing" or at the most, he simply "looked" at Cotto and didn't do much. He was getting countered by Miguel and found himself against the ropes more often than he should have been.

I haven't watched it since Saturday, so I'll go back and give it another look. One thing's for sure though, the fight was a lot more entertaining than most predicted.
