At the final presser, Robert said Mikey's about 152 lbs. This makes me wonder how much weights he puts on between fights, unless he decided to bulk up first, then lose the lbs on the way down. *shrugs*

Side note: You can tell when they're trying to hype a fight because a fighter's height and/or weight seems to change in every other article and/or interview.

They're only acknowledging Mikey as a 4-division champion they keep saying he's coming coming up from 135 for this fight. Not exactly. Again, he won a title at 140 just last year, though his most recent fight against Easter was at 135.

I get it, but damn. Stop trying to make it seem like he's taking huge leap of faith when he's in fact coming up one weight class. Not they're saying Mikey's 5'6, but any other time, he's listed as 5'7.

They do the same with Canelo. One minute, he's 5'8, the next minute, he's 5'9. They had him listed as 5'8 against Floyd, but suddenly, he's 5'9 against Golovkin. Are these guys wearing shoes or not during their vitals? Consistency needs to be across the board.

I don't know if it's weight draining or anxiousness to fight but Errol is done with the pleasantries with Mikey. Dude sounds like he's ready to tear Mikey's head off. He heard something in one of Elie's 1 million camp interviews with the Garcia's that he didn't like and he seems poised to remind Mikey of it fight night.

What did SR. say? Lol
Errol gets 0 credit for this win. None. Unfortunately. Hopefully Keith gets his ass soms sense in he and Errol will be next.

lol you know Sr he looked at him like shiiiiiit...then gave the usual "look a here" , look a here, ....lol..he seemed shocked on the comparison and said only one person does what he trained Floyd to do and that is Floyd. You could tell He wanted to say Garcia is going to get his ass tore up but he said simply, "the world gone see" lol

This is a money fight for Mikey. His first PPV in Texas and against a game opponent. He knew his pockets wasn't going to get fat fighting cats at 135-140. He also knew Spence had 0 body to fight, he called out the biggest name and got it. Spence couldn't turn down the fight. What Mikey saw in Spence was a deeper exposure and clout, not to mention bigger paydays. Either way he wins. He looks good he calls the shots on his next opponent mind you Pacquiao and all the fighters will be there tonight. He is auditioning for his next big fight. If he gets his ass handed to him he can say he went out on his shield and stepped up"two" weight classes to fight the number 1 WW. If he wins.....boxing will be at his feet especially with his ethnicity and personality. Canelo might be dethroned as the best Mexican boxer.
Spence if he gets a win...ok. If he loses he was never good.

Mind you Kell or Khan didn't get the praise for going up weight to fight the number 1 guy in that division. They weren't called brave or trying to go for greatness. So does Mikey get this type of acknowledgement?

Spence KO 8.  Weight will be too much for Garcia.
