Moments ago, at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, WBC welterweight champion and pound-for-pound king Floyd "Money" Mayweather kept his undefeated record intact, scoring a unanimous decision against mandatory challenger and multi-division world champion Robert "The Ghost" Guerrero. Guerrero was game, but like every other previous opponent, he too found Mayweather's slick defensive style and speed much more difficult to deal with once inside the ring with him. All night, Mayweather picked him apart with right hand leads to the head and body. By the middle rounds, Guerrero's eye was already busted up as Mayweather appeared to be toying with him at times.
