As previously reported by FightHype.com, it looks like former lightweight champion Brandon Rios will indeed get his opportunity to face multi-division world champion Manny Pacquiao. According to Pacquiao's advisor Michael Koncz, the two will face off on November 23 in Macau, China. Both fighters are coming off of tough losses. Rios suffered the first defeat of his career after dropping a close 12-round decision to Mike Alvarado, while Pacquiao was knocked out cold by Juan Manuel Marquez in their 4th encounter.
