Earlier today, UFC President Dana White revealed on ESPN's SportsCenter that current UFC middleweight champion Chris Weidman and former long-time reigning champion Anderson Silva have both signed agreements to face off again on December 28. The highly-anticipated rematch will headline UFC 168 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada and televised live on pay-per-view.
The co-main event will feature another highly-anticipated rematch betwee women's bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey and former Strikeforce champion Miesha Tate. "Everybody has been wondering if there's going to be a rematch. I've been working on it since Thursday. December 28 in Las Vegas at the MGM Grand, Anderson Silva will fight Chris Weidman, and the co-main event will be Ronda Rousey vs. Miesha Tate," White commented.
