FightHype.com has been advised that undefeated pound-for-pound king Floyd Mayweather and 8-division world champion Manny Pacquiao are both currently in attendance at tonight's Miami Heat vs. Milwaukee Bucks NBA game. Both fighters are currently sitting courtside, though on opposite sides.
Seated roughly 50 feet away from each other, this may be the closest that the fighters have ever come to being face to face. It'll be interesting to see if either fighter approaches the other to discuss the current status of their negotiations for a proposed May 2 showdown. Although it's not the best quality due to the zoom, check out some of the pics below:
[UPDATE: We're told that it was Mayweather who received word that Pacquiao would be in attendance, and upon hearing so, made it a point to also show up at the game.]
[UPDATE: According to our eyewitnesses on site, Pacquiao's adviser, Michael Koncz, approached Mayweather for a brief discussion. Afterward, Mayweather could be seen walking over to Pacquiao. We're told that both fighters are now having a discussion.]
