Moments ago at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, Manny Pacquiao captured the WBO welterweight title, defeating former champion Jessie Vargas. Although Vargas was game, he simply couldn't handle the speed or the experience of the 8-division world champion, who cruised to a dominant unanimous decision.
