It's time again for our "Liver Shot of the Month" where mixed martial arts legend and champion Bas Rutten will have some words of advice and answer a few random questions for fans. This month, El Guapo tells the fans the hardest shot he's ever thrown.
TN: What's the hardest shot you've ever thrown?
BR: Triple tequila shotÂ…also affects the liver! I think the right knee to the head of Funaki was pretty hard.
TN: How high can you jump?
BR: I used to have a vertical leap of 98 centimeters; that's about 3 feet and 3 inches.
TN: Any new products?
BR: I'm working hard on the next workout "The Bas Rutten MMA Workout PRO". It will blow the other one out of the sky. The stuff I came up with, you can't believe. If you master this one, your mind/body connection will be off the chart.
TN: Are you good with firearms?
BR: Yes I am. I shot 8 bullets with my Glock 17 9mm in an 8x10 targetÂ…one arm at 100 yards and I hit it 7 times with my left hand. That was the same as the firearm instructor from the LAPD who I was shooting with.
