Born and raised a New York girl, Lauren Kalikow is a mix of ethnic diversity, but she's primarily Irish as evidence by her green eyes. She started working out at the age of 20 and by the time she was 26, she gave birth to her beautiful baby girl. A year after that, she was approached to do her first Figure show where she won first place in her class and the overall title. She lives in the gym at least 2 hours a night almost every day.
For a short period of time, she worked for WWE before realizing that she wanted to become a strong bodybuilding figure model. She works a full-time job during the week and also attends Medical School part-time on the weekends. "How I find the time for the gym, modeling and competitions, I have no clue. Drive I guess," she admits. Lauren was an expo model for Hardfitness Magazine during the 2007 Olympia as well as a ringcard model for Star Boxing.
