Future Hall-of-Famer Roy Jones Jr. has reunited with his father for his upcoming March 21 clash with Omar Sheika. "It's been a delight to have my daddy back in my camp giving me a little tune-up on my skills," Jones stated. "It's probably going to be pretty difficult to beat me, so all of the people that thought they could beat me they probably should have did it before now because now I'm tuning back up and getting my old stuff back." Never one to turn down a challenge, Jones says he still has at least another 2 years of fighting still left in him.
Assuming all goes well in his bout with Sheika, Jones is already anticipating his next fight to be an eliminator with former opponent Clinton Woods to determine the mandatory challenger for Chad Dawson's IBF title. "When I get through with Omar Sheika, 9 times out of 10, I'm going to go to England and do battle with Clinton Woods," he continued. Check back for much more from Jones in our exclusive interview.
