FightHype.com caught up with UFC lightweight Cole Miller shortly after his first round TKO loss to Efrain Escudero this past Saturday at UFC 103 in Dallas, Texas. "Man, it's crazy because I felt I was in control of the fight and just made one mistake and it was over. It only takes one little mistake," he stated as he shared his thoughts on his performance. "I was surprised that he wanted to stand with me so much because even when he got the takedown, he let me right up. I was expecting him to come out and shoot and try to keep me down," Miller added.
The loss drops Miller to 4-2 inside of the Octagon, but 15-4 overall. Regarding his immediate future, "Magrino" plans on getting right back in the gym to work on his grappling and wrestling more, something he admits he had taken a break from. As for his next opponent, it really doesn't matter to Miller, who remarked, "I'm expecting a tough opponent next, but it really doesn't matter to me. I will be ready for anyone!"
