"With the Jones-Hopkins fight, at least we know nobody is going to get hurt. I have loved both of these guys throughout their career, but what are they doing man," stated world-class trainer Eddie Mustafa Muhammad as he shared his thoughts on the April rematch between Bernard Hopkins and Roy Jones Jr. Muhammad, who trains light heavyweight champion Chad Dawson, seemed just as shocked as everyone else upon hearing the news that the rematch was taking place on pay-per-view.
"There is a first time for everything and Roy headlining a pay-per-view after what happened to him in Australia is a first," he commented. Boxing fans have been extremely vocal in airing their displeasure about the fight, most preferring Hopkins to instead face Dawson.
