"Devon is a boxer and Juan Urango is a fighter. I don't think Devon's a runner. He may stand his ground, but I don't think that will be smart. Juan's coming to win. He believes he can knock anybody out," stated Leon Margules, Executive Director of Warrior's Boxing, as he shared his thoughts on the March 6 jr. welterweight title unification between IBF champion Juan Urango and WBC champion Devon Alexander. Margules strongly believes that Urango will have much more success against the smaller Alexander than he did in his last bout against the naturally bigger Andre Berto.
"Berto ran like a bitch against Urango. He ran and held like a bitch. And Devon's hand speed pales compared to Berto's. That's why I believe Juan's got a much better shot against Devon than against Berto," he added. The March 6 showdown between Urango and Alexander will take place at the Mohegan Sun Casino in Uncasville, Connecticut and broadcast live on HBO Boxing After Dark.
