JT: Yeah! Klitschko made a partial agreement with Dan Goossen and Shelly Finkel's ho ass said if the fight with Valuev fell through, then we were going to be in line for the fight. Now they trying to renege and fight Alexander Povetkin on some bullshit. They are cowards man. Here I am, the IBA heavyweight champion, one of the champions out there, and the only belt they ain't got, they scared to come get. They don't want to fight me because they know that I'm the only one that can whoop their ass; him and his sister. Tell them to put down the candy and let's do it. PC: So you feel the Klitschkos or Finkel or maybe both are trying to side-step you?

All of these guys claiming they are the best and their promoters are claiming they are the best, but they ain't trying to do nothing. They scared. I want to fight David Haye and he's fighting John Ruiz. Bernard is fighting Roy Jones, who is done as a fighter. I don't know how much dick John Ruiz sucking, but he gets a title shot, you know what I'm saying? He got another one. And now I hear ol' snaggletooth Bernard Hopkins talking about he wants to fight David Haye. Man, come fight me. He ain't going to get past Roy Jones.
PC: I know you and Antonio Tarver were talking about hooking up at one time. What happened with that?
JT: He all of a sudden got scared too and I don't know, and all of this shit now. He got all kinds of excuses, old bubble gum lip ass nigga.
PC: I take it you never heard from Danny Green's people either?
JT: Oh, Danny Green don't want to see me. He's talking about fighting Manny Siaca. He ain't fought in how many years? Everybody running the opposite way of James Toney. The bottom line is if you claiming you are a real fighter and you are the best, come and see James Toney. I got the IBA world heavyweight championship. A world title doesn't make James Toney, James Toney makes the world title. It doesn't matter if it's the WBC, WBA or whatever, I done had all of them damn titles. They don't mean nothing to me. The only thing I respect in life is my family, you know what I'm saying? The most important thing in my life is my family. I don't care about the belts or nothing. We ain't got to fight for no belts. We can do a 12-round fight and it ain't going to go 12 rounds, and that goes for Bernard, Danny Green, David Haye and the Klitschko Sisters. They are some hoes man. They ain't got no balls. If I had to go over to Germany and knock him out, I would do that. I did it to Michael Nunn. I went to Michael Nunn's hometown and damn near choked him at the weigh-in, so I ain't scared to go fight no Germans. Iran Barkley was doing all of that talking too, talking about some New York. I went to New York and called him out. I went to his home. I do that with everybody. I was going to go to the press conference when Roy and Bernard came, but they called my Pops and told him not to bring me to the press conference. Bernard told them I was going to cause problems. You scared bitch.
PC: They said you couldn't come to the press conference?
JT: Yeah! Not only would I had took the spotlight from them, but everybody knows when I see Bernard, I'm going after his neck. Bernard talk all that shit like he's old school, he a gangsta and he a tough guy. He ain't shit. He's a weak motherfucker man. I'm going to break his heart when I see him.
