PREMIERE EDITION OF THE FIGHTHYPE BOARD SEMINAR

Hello everyone, and welcome to the premiere edition of The FightHype Board Seminar. My name is SKULLSPLITTER - The CEO, and I will be your Host. This is basically an open and uncensored Q & A segment between The Message Board Members of FightHype.com and myself. In the future, I'll be taking questions from the readers of these Board Seminars as well, so if you have any questions, please send them to me at skullsplittertheceo@fighthype.com or join the discussions in the FightHype Community. No topic is off limits, so feel free to ask me anything. So without further ado, let the "edutainment" begin.

The first question is from the ever so classy and distinguished JD, a Moderator on our Message Board and the author of FightHype's popular Breakdown pieces. Make sure you read them when you see them, as JD has an uncanny knack for breaking down exactly how a fight will play out before it takes places.

"If you could make one fight in the weight classes below, between any fighter from any era...what would the fights be?"

Featherweight - Alexis Arguello vs. Prince Naseem Hamed
I know I'm not the only one who wanted to see Hamed go to sleep.

Lightweight - Roberto Duran vs. Manny Pacquiao
Duran breaks him. Manny a Top 3 All Time Great my ASS.

Welterweight - Sugar Ray Leonard vs. Floyd Mayweather Jr.
Mayweather hangs with him. Leonard probably gets the win.

Middleweight - Marvin Hagler vs. James Toney
Chins. Styles. Maybe a greater War than THE War.

Light Heavyweight - Ezzard Charles vs. Roy Jones Jr.
Jones survives if he figures out a way to keep his entire head tucked.

Heavyweight - Rocky Marciano vs. Larry Holmes
I believe you, Larry. He couldn't hold it.

The 2nd question is from my brother, Big Bad Ass Slim Sweetness...(laughing). I love that name.

"Prime Tommy Hearns vs. Ricky Hatton at 147...Is there any mythical match-up you'd rather have the pleasure of watching than this one?"

(Laughing) Okay. A little background. I have many titles on the FightHype Message Board. One I'm particularly proud of is "The Founder and President of The Hatton Hate Wagon". Research it if you're not familiar with it. It's legendary at our online Boxing Community...that's why this question was asked. You might appreciate this answer, Sweetness, as you have insight on minor neck injuries (laughing).

Assuming this was the undefeated Hatton, yes, I would have thoroughly enjoyed watching a Hearns 1-2 seperate Hatton's C3 from his C4. I can almost see it now. Hatton at the pool the next day tryin' to drink a beer with a Halo on (laughing).

Nah. That type of animosity is all history now though. Ricky Hatton and his foolish fans finally got theirs TWICE over. I believe he's retired as well. I don't wish any misfortune upon him anymore, so no hard feelings Hattonites? Yeah right (laughing)!

The next question, ironically, comes by way of England from blackbelt2003, another Moderator from our Forum and a Quality Boxing Fan of The Highest Order.

"Evangeline Lilly. Megan Fox. Both drunk off Mexican beer, nekkid and wearing 8oz gloves. Which one do you KO, which one do you get down and dirty with?"

I've never watched Lost, so I'm not too familiar with Lilly. I see she looks good though. Megan Fox resembles a hot piece of ass, but comes across as dumb and emotionally scarred to me. I've found out that girls in the latter category aren't worth dealing with for extended periods of time and fucking them is not worth the drama. In other words, chicks like Fox are only good for a Waffle House/Motel 6 weekend tops.

That being said...If I was single, and as wild as I used to be, I'd probably try to put BOTH them bitches on Queer Street and work the pile (laughing).

The final question is from Keith, one of the Rising Stars of our Board.

"If you had to compare Mosley and Mayweather to beers, which style/variety/brand would each of them be? Why?"

Shane Mosley is a true, throwback fighter. I see him as an Old Ale, one of my favorite styles. His 1st win over Oscar De La Hoya 1o years ago is a boxing memory I will always cherish, so let's call him a 2000 bottle of Fuller's Vintage Ale.

On the other hand, I see Floyd Mayweather as a fresh bottle of Westvleteren 12. This rare concoction is widely regarded as THE #1 Beer in The World. I call it "The Every Beer" and it is possibly even more complex and multi-styled than I'm aware of.

The Spotlight

This is the section where I showcase an answer from a question I posed to The Board Members. You too can answer my questions if you register on our Forum. The best answer(s) will go up here on FightHype.com for all The Boxing/MMA World to see.

Question: Let's say Wladimir and Vitali Klitschko had to fight this year. Who wins and why?

The incomparable Method, another Mod and The O'est of The G's says:

"Vitali and Wladdy should be FORCED to fight. HBO put up $20M, guarantee each brother $10M a piece, and make these two giant vaginas fight each other. Due to the psychological advantage virtually EVERY older brother has over his younger sibling, I say Vitali takes it no matter HOW much better Wladdy may be perceived to be (and I am not saying that is the perception). Hell, I'd venture to say that even if Vitali was just an amateur he'd beat his younger brother - YES, the psychological advantage is THAT strong. My younger brother STILL flinches when I walk by him in cramped quarters. Vitali ALL day EVERY day."

A very good point.

Thank you all for participating in and attending The FightHype Board Seminar....

Yours truly,

SKULLSPLITTER - The CEO, Retired Player and Professional Hater
