As a matter fact, Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. will be coming to California this Thursday to begin working with Alex Ariza in preparation for his next up-and-coming fight. How do I know? Because Ariza told me so after he was forced to verify himself that the rumors were not true.
"I spoke directly with Team Chavez. They called me personally and said it's absolutely not true. This is ridiculous, completely untrue, completely unfounded and they will be here on Thursday to start getting ready for his next fight," Ariza explained to me shortly after contacting representatives of Team Chavez when the baseless rumor began to surface. It's unfortunate that Ariza even had to go through those measures, but it appears that, in my opinion, there's a little birdie out their in Team Pacquiao that is feeling a little bit of heat and thus is trying to flex his power by discrediting other members of the team.
